This page presents some of the services available for you at our hotel, as well as other outside services from the Montreal area that could be useful to you during your stay with us.

Housekeeping cleans the rooms daily. If you need more towels or toiletries, please call the front desk by dialing "0" from your room's telephone.

Dry-cleaning of clothes is available for a fee. To use this service, please put the clothes you want cleaned in the plastic bag that is available for that purpose in your closet. There is a form to fill out to use the cleaning service, and you will also find it in your room's closet along with the bag. Please leave the bag at the front desk. Items that are brought in before 9:00am will be returned to you before 9:00pm on that same day (weekdays).

Self-service washer and dryer are available on the ground floor, and there is no charge to use the machines. Laundry soap can be purchased at the front desk.

If you would like to exercise, the gym is located on the first floor (room 100). Your room access card will unlock the door of the gym as well. Towels are made available at the gym.

Snacks, beverages and travel items are on sale at the front desk. You can also purchase beer and wine, but by law beverages that contain alcohol cannot be sold from 3:00am to 8:00am (even from a mini-bar).

To request a wake-up call, dial "0" from your room's phone. The receptionist will set-up the wake-up call for you.

To rent a car, you can contact Enterprise (514-861-3722).

Many shops, including hair and beauty salons, flower shops and supermarkets can be found at the convention center (map), the Complexe Desjardins (map) and the Central Station (map).
