Local calls and incoming calls are free. Long-distance and overseas calls will be billed to your room by the hotel. Rates are given in details in the information book that is on your desk.

Please dial "9" before any phone number when calling anywhere outside the hotel. This is done to secure a phone line to the outside.

To place a phone call from anywhere in Montreal, you must always include the area code before the phone number. Dial after pressing "9". Enter the area code (3 digits) followed by the phone number (7 digits). You don't need to add the "1" prefix to the phone number if your call is to a local number.

If you wish to make a long-distance call to a location in North America, and most of the Caribbean and Pacific locations, enter "1" before the area code and phone number. Overseas numbers must be preceded by the "011" sequence, and then the appropriate country code and phone number. Click here for a list of country codes. Long-distance charges will be added to your bill at checkout.

To reach the hotel's front desk, dial "0".
